At the Molly Pitcher Inn, you won’t just be moving tables and chairs — you’ll be part of a tight-knit Banquets Team that takes pride in turning empty rooms into beautifully set scenes for weddings, galas, and milestone celebrations. It’s hands-on, fast-paced, and never boring.

What You’ll Do

• Transform event spaces daily — setting up tables, chairs, AV equipment, dance floors, and more according to each event’s unique specifications
• Handle and store equipment and supplies with care, from linens to lecterns
• Keep event spaces polished and guest-ready — tidying, restocking, and refreshing as needed
• Team up with Banquet Servers, Bartenders, Cooks, Captains, and Managers to deliver flawless events from start to finish
• Jump in wherever needed — because every great team member wears a few different hats

What We’re Looking For

• A team player who thrives under pressure and keeps a positive attitude
• Someone comfortable with physical work — lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long stretches, and staying on the move
• Flexibility to work varying days, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Comfort working both indoors and out, in all kinds of weather
• A steady hand on ladders and step stools when the job calls for it
